The speed 600 motor, including the coupling between the motor and the shaft and also the motor mount. Fitting the motor mount was done at this stage because it was easier to see the alignment from all angles. In the end I opted to shorten the coupling to only two links and the middle one just made it too long and it was not necessary. The bout stand was put together.

Placed the planking sheets into place, these where in the form of 4 sheets of 1mm ply (700mmx250mm) which have to be shaped especially at the bow area. Unfortunately the instructions provided where very vague as to how the to sheets should meet up together sides so I use my Salina yacht as guide.

Glued the two balsa blocks into place and cut and sanded them down to make the bow.
