Have started work on the boat again in January. Made the ruder from two pieces of 3mm ply glued together and a piece of 4mm copper tubing, then sanding down to make required shape.

Sanded down the hull and have given it one coat of laminated epoxy resin sanded again and then a second coat will give it another sanding an then decide if it needs one final coat of epoxy resin before applying a coat of primer.

Have built the cabin and have deviated form the original design slightly by adding a thin right around the top of the entire hull using 0.8mm ply this will make a better platform for the planking. Have also added the steering servo.
